Book for a fan: Harry Potter film Wizardy

A book for a fan, that is what I always say anbout this book. Its a book about the film wizardy of harry potter, It has been created by the creative team behind the celebrated movie series.
What you will find in the book is pages about sets, charachters, even creatures. It is an amazing book to find out how things have been created. Not only pictures and a story to inform you about it but there are also some great features of little trinkets.

I have come across a small version of the marauders map, the yule bal invintation (as shown above), potion stickers, candy boxes, Proclamations and what not, there is so much in there to look at and to get a little extra into believing this great world.
The only sad part about is, is that it has only giving you a sneak peek into Deathly Hallows part 2. There are some great set pictures but that is all. Even above all of that is that last part just a tiny fragment of the entire series that i don't mind.
So if your a big fan and you are searching for an extra way to add a bit more to your collection, this is a great piece to have on you hands. I sure do not regret buying it for a whole 2 seconds.

The first 'Birthday' sort of party we had was on the 4th of August in Walibi Holland. We jsut wanted an awesome day out with friends and it was the perfect setting to pre celebrate Yasmine and my own birthday to. I got some pretty cool things and I loved them all. Besides that we had a good day riding these rollercoasters, having the absolute biggest amount of fun. (even when your dodging a whole lot of wasp wile having cotton candy in your hands) Its something I would love to do again next year.

18th of August my good friend Pauline came over and we had a pretty amazing time, chatting and catching up and who knows what more. Mostly about horses and her wedding.

19th of August I celebrated my birthday for the family.., well like every damn year it turns out into a big dissapointment like always. Only the family from my dad side came and well I don't want to discuss it on here ;) It was a dissapointment and thats it.

Book Review: Silence By Becca Fitzpatrick

Yaay for my thirth book review, getting the hang of this and blogging don't ya think. Well before you all read on yes, this might be full of spoilers in a way about the previous two books in this series: Hush Hush and Cresendo by Becca Fitzpatrick. So Becca Fitzpatrick writes these awesome books and characters and honestly the other two books had some mindfuck moments that got me scared and shaking in my bed during the night. Yes I am a whimp and I admit hahahaha.

The noise between Patch and Nora is gone. They've overcome the secrets riddled in Patch's dark past, bridged two irreconcilable worlds and faced heart-wrenching tests of betrayal, loyalty and trust - all for the love that will transcend the boundary between heaven and earth.
Armed with nothing but their absolute faith in one another, Patch and Nora enter a desperate fight to stop a villain who holds the power to shatter everything they've worked for - and their love - forever.

Hmm wel the back cover gives away some small things but when i started on page one I was thrown back my toughts of 'wait what happend again in cresendo' were punctial. it was a while since I read that book but oke. The first chapter wasnt that difficult but when he started back to Nora who turned up in a cemetery her mind lost was when I really had to bend back over and re-read the last chapter of Cresendo.

Well like I promissed no spoilers about this book but it was as good as ever. I finished it in one day total. yes it was a whole new mindfuck all over again but this time it gave me less creeps then before. It's a page turner that keeps you alert and thinking about what happend previously and what is happening now. Things get mixed cause you know what happend before but nora didn't. The end total unexpected and honestly bring on the fall of 2012 for Finale the last part in the Hush, Hush saga.

Book Review: Fifty Shades of Grey By E L James

My second book Review, Its about Fifty Shades of Grey by E L James I know that this book is both loved and hated in equel measurments. So please if your from the hate side be so kind to keep your comments nice cause there are people out there who love them and identify themselfs with this book. I am not bashing the books you love am I ;)

I don't remember where I found these books and how I came across them, Maybe someone mentioned it on twitter but yes those are minor details. I googled them and was curious like most people. As we speak now i've read each book three times so reviews about those other two are to come as well.

When literature student Anastasia Steele goes to interview young entrepreneur Christian Grey, she encounters a man who is beautiful, brilliant, and intimidating. The unworldly, innocent Ana is startled to realize she wants this man and, despite his enigmatic reserve, finds she is desperate to get close to him. Unable to resist Ana’s quiet beauty, wit, and independent spirit, Grey admits he wants her, too—but on his own terms.

Shocked yet thrilled by Grey’s singular erotic tastes, Ana hesitates. For all the trappings of success—his multinational businesses, his vast wealth, his loving family—Grey is a man tormented by demons and consumed by the need to control. When the couple embarks on a daring, passionately physical affair, Ana discovers Christian Grey’s secrets and explores her own dark desires.

Above is what the back says about it, hmm the first part sounds like some kind of an adult novel and what does that 'on his own terms' mean. If you look at the second part of we find erotic and a hesistate Ana. Dark desires? It doesn't give to much away does it.

To say at least the book starts very much innocent, just the progress of Ana and Christian who get to know each other. It isn't that intresting. When you move along there comes more and more things that are not normal, in a way, Christian is bossy, very bossy and controling (Hmm most of us would run wouldn't they, I hate controling men) He doesn't do hearts and flowers and that also seems a little off to most people. Well yeah what ever happens after discussing of contracts (yes what contracts you wonder) and signing contracts and lots of negotiations you will end up with a lot of erotic reading material. If it is in or out of your book you must find out yourself.

My opinion is that I loved the book and that some part in me could relate to what was written into those pages but that is something personal I wont feel comfortable putting online in this way ;) The whole BDSM part in this book isnt a good reflection of how it really is. I've heard from people who are included in a Dom/sub relationship that this isn't BSM at all.., So Believe those people not the books!
Yes I KNOW the grammer in these books isn't up to the standard of most people in the world but it got published and people love it so yes. Me I am not bothered by them.
Yes what is there more to say about them, page turner if your into it. Its addicting and you want to read book 2 as fast as possible due to the end of the first book.
So beware ;)

You will either love or hate it, share your opinion below.

Book Review: Starcrossed By Josephine Angelini.

Here we go, my first book revieuw since I changed my blog yesterday. I will try to not spoiler but do please bear with me if I let something slip past my mind in my excitment. I do love this book!

So picture yourself london 2011 in the summer, I was on holiday with my friend and stumbled upon this book. I already grabbed a hold on passion by Lauren Kate and the second book was free to take with you. The cover spoke to me as it is obvious an love story and with the story on the back (found below) I decided to take it with me, best decision ever!
'When shy, akward Helen Hamilton meets Lucas Delos for the first time, she thinks two things: The first that he is the most ridiculously beautiful boy she has seen in her life; The second, that she wants to kill him with her bare hands.
An ancient curse means Lucas and Helen are destined to loathe one another. But sometimes love is stronger than hate, and not even the gods themselves can prevent what will happen next.'
The book itself takes place in the modern day but as we find out later that there is a very big part layed out for the Greek Mythology as well. This is what makes it intresting and some how new to readers across the world. (absolutely different then Percy Jackson!)

When we first meet Helen she is just this normal typical wallflower on any high school. I am sure you know those type of people and are able to name a few from your own high school time. Raised by her single dad and having an best friend she is absolutly normal, as normal as you and I you can say. Well Helen isnt normal, she has these series of mysterious dreams and has hallucinations of three weeping woman.

I loved Helen, she was this girl with a good attitude and an amazing best friend and as I read more and more I grew to like her even more then I already did. Helen grows through out the book and is confronted with a serie of challenges she faces in her own way. Helen is this new superwoman kind of person.

Later we meet Lucas Delos and all you hear at first is how drop dead gorgeus the delos boys are.., But we never read about them ourselfs cause helen isn't intrested in them at all. When we meet lucas all you can think about is how much helen hates him, pure hatred. But the way we can vieuw lucas, He is actually sweet. Lucas is this big brother you never had and love to joke around with. He is loving, well I find him loving.

The book itself is a page turner you cannot put down. The mythology parts of it keeps you thinking and re-reading a few sentences to make up your mind. No fear even I sometimes forgot the names of some of those greek gods and what they could do. I mean there are a lot fo gods with a lot of powers I am sure I wasn't the only one. I finished it in two nights and tought to myself, why oh why did I finish it.., when does part two come out.

All praise goes to Josephine Angelini  who wrote an amazing book for young adults to read. Something you can put your teeth in, learn about greek mythology and enjoy reading. I am sure I did, Let me know if you did read it and what you tought about it yourself.
If your not sure if this is something for you go to josephine her website (linked just a few sentences up) go to the book page and read an excerpt from the book yourself.
