When there is something I really learned to use over the past year it is make-up, I honestly don't go out without my make-up, well not without some powder and concealer.
These 6 products really are my life savers every morning.
As you can see in the allround concealer by catrice, the pink one is almost empty. In these times of stress I tend to get bags under my eyes and this pink concealer pretty much helps me conceal them.
When i got that part covered I move on to my Essence Soft&Natural Make-up to conceal all the other spots around my face, like outbreaks. For now this is what I use but it doesnt really cover it for the entire day, wich I am trying to find an replacement for.
Last piece on my covering rythm I use Essence, Mattifying Compact Powder (04 perfect beige) to give my face this nice, finished look but to also keep away my sometimes shiny face. I like my skin better when its a bit matt.
On days that I dont feel well I just stop here and head out of the house, feeling fresh and better.
But on those days I really want to move it up an bit and still stick to my natural look I put on Etos, X-tra black, volume mascara, waterproof. I always use waterproof mascare cause you will never know what the day might bring and I better be prepared just in case. I don't really fancy looking like an racoon on the end of my day.
Last but not least is my Lancome, Rouge in Love lipstick. I bought this cause Emma Watson did the campaign for this line but when I finally got it, I fell in love with it head over heels and it is probably the most expensive bit of make-up I own.
Besides al that, I always wear an bit of clear polish on my nails, just to give that bit of extra shine. For this I tend to use Catrice, Quick Dry & High Shine Top Coat. Even when I am in an hurry in the morning i can still put a bit on and feel picture perfect.

Yes, I am sure these pictures arent very photo technical correct but that doesnt matter to me, as it is just really something personal. Like described above it I am not always that happy, cheery girl you know me to be. I pretend to be fine while tears could be pooring down my cheeks.
One I deserve, some day from now. A future so bright, with my nobel mare and my prince on his own white noble steed. We will ride through the fields of our kingdom, making sure there is peace were we travel. We will be looking out over our lands, to see what is ours and what we will pass on when the time is right.

This is an small previeuw of the pictures I had taken 2 weeks back. After or during my internship I will make you guys an big post with all the dreamy fairytale pictures I have, but for now, dream just an bit longer on this one.
Normally I am not the kind of girl to go 'extreme' with my hair. Just going lighter or slight darker is what I have always done. Now the whole Dip Dye trend has really spoke to me and it sort of lured me in.
My classmate and I finally plucked up our courage and bought blue and pink dye and finally just did it and to say so myself I am happy with it.

I started this blog out as a plus sized fashion blog, but because I didn't feel comfortable all the time in making new outfit posts everyday and so on I felt like I failed in what I was trying to achieve. My intention was to make an blog just to be an inspiration to bigger girls out there in the world. With some help from Darlene on styling myself I tried to give it my best shot and I did give it my best shot for about a year with some posts on and off.
While I am a student I cannot buy new items over and over and always creating outfits with pieces I had already shown to many time became a bore to me. Yes I could have always blogged about my wish lists or plus sized brands (there are some fun ones out there) or other fashion relatable thing I still didnt felt confident enough to go on with it.
The fact that the quote says that fashion is about confidence is something I agree on, the days I feel horrible I rather dress down in a thick sweater and some jeans and curl up on the couch, while I have good days, where I love to dress up nice, maybe take some outfit shots to top it all off. But to me it wasn't good enough.
Ofcourse I will try and do some fashion pieces now and then and that for sure will help since I have now found this glossy named big is beautiful, for girls with curves. So beware :)
As stated obviously my biggest wish is to move out, rent a small student apartment in zwolle or maybe even utrecht and live on my own and just be my own boss in and around the house. Cook and eat what I want and most of all do what I want to do. Besides all of that I would find it amazing to decorate my room into my own personal style.
Yes I am ready to go and live on my own but unfortunately I can't. I have my precious horse Renske, she takes up a lot of money but due to circumstances in and around my parental house she is my rock in this hard time. I am pretty much afraid I won't move out until I have a job or live together with a future boyfriend.
Lets keep the sad talk behind and talk a bit what I love when it comes down to a decorated room. I love easy and clean places, also making sure I have enough place to stack all my books and dvd's.
The idea of your room in levels is a way to use little space but have a lot to use. Besides the overal easy and clean I love to give it a bit of colour with accessories. It's also an easy way to change the colour scheme of your entire room, just change the accessories.

Thinking it was time to blog a bit about some beauty products of mine that I use on a regular bases. Well at first I wanted to blog a bit about my favorite brand of nailpolish wich is Rimmel London. I once bought the grey one because grey is my favorite colour and Rimmel was the only one with the excact kind of shade I wanted to have. I opend it back home and noticed this brand had a thicker brush and that applying it was easy and i didn't made that big of mess with it. The polish dried quick and it didn't chip off as fast as cheaper brands I had bought previously. Ofcourse this was an instant hit to my nailpolish collection.
Over time I bought more shades that some how catched my attention. Latest purchase is the second colour in line, the 840 Blue eyed girl. The fact that this brand is a bit more expensive, 5 to 6 euro's a piece. For a student it is a lot of money for just one piece of nailpolish but until now it is worth the money.

Like Promissed my second post about artists, yaay. I love me some music hahaha. Well like before there are four pictures, but what the fourth may be is an absolute mystery.
Like before this is my taste in music and you can share that opinion or you won't, just keep it nice.
Yes I might hear some of you groan or what not but yes I love boybands, always have and always will.
From right to the left: James, Logan, Carlos and Kendall known as Big time rush, I found them through nickelodeon. Their self named show was a fun thing to watch without thinking. from watching that show and liking their music I started googeling, downloading music and I instantly loved their music. These four guys are amazingly talented and are amazing live as well.
So below I have 2 video's the first is a live performance at the Ellen Show and the second is my sort of summer anthem, Windows Down!
Yes do note, I am not a crazy teen ager who goes screaming and stuff, I just enjoy this. Maybe boybands are my guilty pleasure when it comes to music.
Who hasn't heard about this show, in a good or a bad way. But yes I am proud to say I am a gleek. Ofcourse becoming a gleek was much harder. Darlene said wow you need to watch this and so on and I did. To make things short.., I disliked it.., what was this, it was like a grown up high school musical. Well Darlene isn't Darlene if she hadn't told me to go on and watch more and with every episode I grew to love it. I am sure her reading it she thinks, yes I told you so.
I love the story line in glee, how a bunch of misfits can grow into being accepted and themself. Their own superstars. Its inspirational and with their musical covers (whom I sometimes love even better then the original) it was like the invasion to my Itunes playlist.
I started loving some of the actors, inspired by them as well but thats a post for later.
Pixie is an amazing talent I also grow to love, ofcourse I had seen her son 'Mama do' on mtv and tmf back in the days but I just passed it off as oh what a cute song and that it. I don't know when it was but Darlene once again told me, oh you should listen to this (she is a TRUE crazycat) and I did and with each song and video I listen and watched I grew to love pixie and even to date I listen to her all the times.
She is an amazing live performer, extremely talented, she writes her own songs and how written songs for other artist in the industry and not to forget she is an pretty awesome danser as well.
#4. Question Mark!
Oh yes the joy, the suprise a question mark. Why a question mark you might ask. Well Besides all the artist I already put into this spotlight there isn't a 'big' artist in my playlist. Mostly it are a few random songs here and there and that is about it. So why not Quickly sum up those that did catch my intrest with a few songs and who knows, maybe in half a year or a year they are 'bigger' stars in my playlist. I didn't put in their music video's as a video in my post, but click their names and tada there comes my current favorite song by them.
First I have Carly rae Jepsen, she can't be missed because of her song 'Call Me Maybe' and is now climbing the charts with Owl City and their song 'Good Time'
Justin Bieber, yes I always have called high and low, saying I will never like him or his music but now I have to admit, little guys grow up and so did his music. I am suprised myself that I love so many songs on his new album and I am not afraid to say that if it wasn't for those awefull screaming teenage girls I might go see a concert!
Then we have Bruno Mars , this talent can't be forgotten in this list. I love his music and not to forget he is this talent as well. Wiriting his own song and one of the few people in this buisniss that is amazing live! He is like a must on my see in concert list.
Chef'Special is a dutch band I had never heard of before I went to Het Bevrijdingsfestival with my family and they were performing. A band full and hyped on energy, playing the crowd extremely well. They are good live and once home I googled and ofcourse bought some songs. Sure do check them out!
Last for now, maybe I will make another post soon. We will see but the last person ending this list is Shannon bex . Yes a familiar name if you remember the other music blog. She was also a part of Danity Kane but now she is busy on her own solo career. But Shannon didn't focus on the pop or the rock or what else is dance-able for the people in clubs and so on and that is what I love about her! No Shannon makes country music and besides Taylor Swift I have never listen to anything country from free will. But being this big Danity Kane fan I had so listen to it and I loved it, adored it who know what more. But she is coming and we better watch out!

Yes an entire different blogpost, but after some set backs I had as of late I needed a bit of cheering up and what I am blogging about is what cheers me up a bit. Next to chatting with my bestie and other friends.
Renske is an 7 year old Friesian mare. I got her from my grandpa almost four years ago.
She is a support for me, one I can share my stories to on my bad, bad days without her giving an opinion cause she will do nothing more then give me a poke with her nose or stare at me like boss, where is my candy or some mroe of her silly little things she does that make me love her even more.
Sometimes we also have our down moments when riding doesn't go the way I want to and that has been a lot as of late to. I didnt rode her for a very long time but now I have to again cause we both need some stamina for the photoshoot we have on the 22th of September. In my big dress from the Elf Fantasy Fair and Renske with her gorgeus long mane on this big plain full of sand and some woods. Its gonna be magical.

Like I promissed I wouldn't blog only about books like I did thus far sort of (hence the old post) and decided it was time for a bit of fashion. Fashion related to myself that is, That is why this post is dedicated to part of my shoe collection, my favorite part of my shoe collection ofcourse. I will tell a bit about why every shoe is my favorite.
The converse might speak for themselfs, comfy and easy to wear with almost everything, according to myself. (mom hates it when I pair it up with a skirt or a dress) The blue/grey ones were my first pair of converse and because they are blue/grey I can't wear them with everything. When I went to London I decided to invest in a pair of black ones, but I wanted to try the low ones so I did and didn't regret them for a minute.
Now we focus on the wedge sneaker from H&M, it was an impuls buy and I didn't wore them a lot because I find it difficult to pair them up with an outfit. I think it is because of the bright yellow neon, maybe I should have got them in white, hmmm. But they are the almost most comfortable shoe I own and these were affordable then those Isabel Marant Sneaker (I will die if I will ever get my hands on a pair of those!)
The biker boots were quite a sale catch, last winter I went shopping with a friend on a quest to find a fake fur gilet and also ran into these babies. Tried them on and well they are damn comfi and warm. I didn't had those expectations from a pair of H&M shoes. Great shoes for fall,winter, spring, maybe some festivals??
My grey wedges, my loved ones hahaha. I bought them last winter to and fell in love with the colour cause next to blue grey is my favorite colour. The heel under it is this bouncy material that walks really comfortable. I mean I went shopping with them in Utrecht one day and could manage to walk on them almsot the entire day. Win! So these are my favorite pair in my shoe collection.
Last my latest buy, my sandal wedges from H&M. Yes H&M has amazing shoes and when they are on sale it is a score! Why all my heels are wedges, cause I can walk better on those then normal heels. I got these one sale cause I wanted black sandals (they fit with everything) and i loved to get heels so combined them and found these babies! No minute of regret.
